Power Emissions Control (PEC) is an emissions enhancer that can clean up a Fossil Fuel engines exhaust emissions.

Our PEC unit turns water into burnable vapors that are then injected into the engines air way. The vapors mix with the normal air and fuel inside the combustion chamber and enable more of the fuel to be burned - before it reaches the exhaust - and catalytic converter. This new approach cleans out the carbon buildup and freshens the engine exhaust.
