  • Trip Miles - "type in" the number of miles you plan to drive and click calculate. The calculator will look at the information you added, and tell you how many gallons you will require, and how much you can expect to pay for it. It is based on Miles Driven, Gallons Used, and Price Per Gallon.
     
  • Old MPG - This is your previous or normal miles per gallon average.
     
  • Improvement - This is the mpg improvement based on your Average MPG for this fill-up and your previous mpg.
     
  • Cost Per Mile - This is what it cost you to drive these miles based on what you paid for this fill-up.
